Use Bloom responsibly

Do not use Bloom for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, spam, unlawful direct marketing, abusive content, intellectual-property infringement or personal information obtained unlawfully. Do not upload malware, steal credentials, attempt unauthorised access, bypass controls, scrape in a way that harms the service, send excessive automated requests or disrupt infrastructure.

Client communications

A salon must have the lawful authority to contact its clients, honour objections and suppress people who opted out. Service reminders and promotional messages are different purposes. An old opt-out must not be silently reversed.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse, limit affected functions, suspend access or terminate accounts in proportion to risk and law. We will give notice and a chance to respond where practical, especially before lasting action. Report abuse to security@plainspoken.co.za.
